Mostly great... – Starbucks Review

I really do love this app along with their drinks! Only thing is I wish there was a way we could cancel our order after ordering. I wasn’t able to pick up my drink once for a mobile. The parking lot was full & I waited for a car to leave for about 10 minutes so I figured they were very busy. I decided to leave because I was on my lunch. I did email them & I did get credited back but I had trouble just finding where/who to email. Somewhere on the app would be helpful because sometimes things do come up.
