Chat and txt are never available – JetBlue - Book & manage trips Review

Phone support is chronically understaffed...usually a 30+ minute wait, so I installed the app because they promised chat and txt support. Of course, when you try to chat or txt you’re told that the service is not available at the moment. They don’t tell you when it is available. I don’t believe it is. I’ve tried multiple times on different days / times when a reasonable business would be open
