Very disappointed!!!! – thredUP: Online Thrift Store Review

I have purchased from this company a few times and quite honestly, I held out hope that they would do better with each purchase. But unfortunately, it just gets worse. The items purchased were either labeled as women’s on the site but I get a child’s garment or severely shrunken and won’t fit. I spent $350.00 on a large bundle of clothes with my last order and could only keep a couple pieces. I ended up giving the clothes away because they charge a restock fee to return the items! Also, anything name brand is grossly overpriced. I have seen identical items at TJ Maxx for a third of their price. Seriously, don’t waste your money on this site. Sure, the items look good online but your not likely to get what you’re hoping for.. I gave one star because I couldn’t give zero.
