Missing options – Starbucks Review

I love this app and use it at least 2x a week. The UI is nice and the app flows well without many glitches if any but what bothers me, especially for COVID purposes, is that the app does not allow certain customizations on the drinks so in some instances you have to give your order in store. An example is if I want a double blended iced coffee (without the frappuccino base) or if I want to add Chai/Matcha to a drink that doesn’t normally have it. These are customizations that I know I can ask for in-store but the app doesn’t let me which is an inconvenience.
