Dice rigged – RISK: Global Domination Review

After you’ve won a game, you’ll play a game in which you have consistently bad rolls. Like attacking 10 on 2 and you’ll lose. This will continue for a few game and after a few losses suddenly you’ll have a game where you win all your attacks. Then it repeats. It’s designed to make you lose more games then win rather just actually being true random or balanced blitz as it says.
