Not a one time purchase as advertised! – RISK: Global Domination Review

This is the first app I have ever reviewed. The game is great & I love playing it with my boyfriend, however it is falsely advertising that it is a one time purchase. I purchased premium for the first time in Dec. but was billed again today for the game. There is a news article, that I have screenshots of, suggesting that it is a one time purchase from 10/6. The only reason I got premium is because it was a one time purchase.
