All around disappointment – Sandboxx Review

I had multiple letters take much longer than next day delivery, when sent during the Mon-Thurs window, when no federal holidays were occurring. I received multiple letters, and while extremely grateful I got them, no notification or anything was given to me. I sent several letters in a row, and then without notification the app charged me for a bundle of their “tokens” when I didn’t ask for that plan. Then they deleted my account, and will not let me log in, saying my email address is invalid, when I literally have all the emails from them sent to that address. The only reason they are not 1 star is that is reserved for USPS. I begrudgingly use this service because USPS is just so bad.
