good but.. – neu.Annotate+ PDF Review

Please please please please please MAKE PDF DOCUMENT SCROLLING SMOOTHER JUST LIKE ANY OTHER APP!!!!!!!!! It's too unpleasant to have to wait a couple seconds before the document refreshes every time you scroll down. It makes you not want to scroll the document, and for a pdf viewer that's really bad.
