Horrible customer service – Monster VPN - No Logs UK Best Review

Decided to try this out and from the beginning it didn’t work with my android Nvidia shield, contacted customer service via Facebook messenger, at first they help me to no avail, then told me I need to contact by email this is not the proper method, contacted by email, they responded once and then ignored the rest of my requests do yourself a favor and find another service
