Let older electronics use an older version – Microsoft PowerPoint Review

I have an IPad that doesnt update past IOS 12, but it still works fine and does its job. I also attend online school, and have to make and fill out a lot of Powerpoints. Since my IPad can't update past IOS 12, I have to do all of that stuff on my phone. Its really hard to read and is harder to move stuff around. It would be really useful if you could let older electronics download an older version of the app so I could have less trouble trying to get an A in my classes.
