Old navy app – Old Navy: Shop for New Clothes Review

I LOVE old navy. I love plain clothing without labels and ‘bedazzle’, and love that I can get everything at one store(work out, pajamas, jeans, work wear, purses, jewelry, etc) I also purposely use my credit card to rack up points so I can mom-shop for myself guilt free!! ? However, please take all of these as constructive criticism: the sizing for womens clothing is extremely inconsistent, consistently. And women’s tops are, 9 times out of 10, very short and very wide. It’s odd . . . and causes old navy’s online shopping to be very hit-or-miss. It makes me feel like a gigantor-avatar lady who stands out in a world full of short plumpkets. For reference, I am the definition of statistically average, 5’6” BMI of 19.6 (“healthy”), size s/m tops, typically 6 pants, 7 shoe. Very ordinary for all intents and purposes so I promise, it’s the sizing that’s weird. Also, as a budgeting mom who purposely likes to stack coupons and discounts, the math system used makes absolutely no sense and the work-arounds for stacking coupons are also frustrating and inconsistent - I can refresh the page and stack 3 rewards codes but then the next time I try to do the same thing, it gives me an error message. Also, there is a limit for 3 rewards per purchase which is quite frankly, stupid. I will make the same purchases and just check out twice. What’s the point of trying to hold on to all that control? It’s like the business model is built on a substrate of discounts and promos but when customers try to use them, it’s completely a snake-oil pitch and somehow a $36 dollar item is “half off” and when the customer uses a $15 reward, the total magically comes to 8$ instead of the hypothetical $3+tax. Anyways, I love the inclusivity and diversity of models that old navy uses and have been shopping there for 20+ years. If the sizing was more consistent and the promos actually meant what they advertised, Old Navy would kill the game?? Hope this is helpful, thank you!
