Best calorie app available – Lose It! – Calorie Counter Review

I have tried most of the calorie apps and Lose it is the winner by far in my opinion. Sure, it might not have everything but it does what it does very well. It is very accurate and very easy to use and customize. It really does work. I have lost 24 lbs in seven months and have never been healthier. I just wish that it had more nutritional data like Cronometer. If it did, it would be perfect but I understand why it doesn’t. I use Cronometer for nutrient data to spot potential nutritional deficiencies and Lose it for daily tracking and I expect to use it for as long as it’s available. Even when I have reached my goal weight, (which is coming up very soon and I haven’t been at since my Sophomore year in High School!) I will continue to use it to maintain my weight. I pay for the yearly subscription and it is well worth it for the extra functionality and features.
