Impossible to add new credit card – ParkMobile: Park. Pay. Go. Review

It said change payment method and only showed me old credit cards that were obsolete. I then tried to enter a new payment method and it asked for a $25 balance but didn’t let me add a card. Very confusing and time wasting. I finally had to pay with PayPal which I didn’t want to do.
