Frustrating – SAP Concur Review

This app could easily be 4 stars, and possibly even five. But it’s a failure. I can’t even log in with Face ID or fingerprint ID. I have to log on every time, with my password, which isn’t so bad. The problem is, the app won’t even remember my User ID! That is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to put in the whole long email address every time I want to add an expense for $8.55. The app should remember my user ID AND password. Or use biometrics, it’s simple. I used to be able to log in more easily, so I’m not sure what happened. I usually only give 1 star or five star ratings, so I waited until this app had this problem to rate it. If/when the fix the login issues, I’ll consider updating my review. But for now, this is the worst app on my phone (and I have over a lot!) for logging into a secure site. It’s unacceptable with today’s technology. Updated 1-26-2021 Still! IDK what all the 4 & 5 star reviews are talking about! The stupid app won’t remember my login credentials! To make matters worse, I can’t even use safari to remember login credentials either to save as saved on my home screen. This app & website is a complete joke, and waste of my time. I’m so sick of repeatedly putting my long company email address in & ridiculous password. Something should be remembered!’ WORST APP EVER!!
