Crashes – Canticos Bilingual Preschool Review

The app has several issues with our iPads, both are updated (IOS 12.5.1) When we open the app it either crashes or gets stuck in an infinite “3 chicks” load screen. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, along with a complete reset with no avail.
