Is there a new layer? – Infinite Painter Review

I liked this app. It’s not the worst, but I can’t find the new layer button. Idk if it’s me or I can’t see it. So I”m srry if I am complaining for somthing my fault. But if there is a new layer I would like to know. Great app tho :)
