Paid but got no coins – Heart of Vegas - Casino Slots Review

This is my favorite casino app and I do agree with many of these reviews. My problem is that I purchased a package for 39.99 on January 15 but there was some kind of error and I received no coins. I rebought a package on January 18 for $39.99. Both amounts have cleared my bank but I only got coins for the second package. Don’t know who to email this refund request or to get my coins. Help!
