Paid but got no coins

This is my favorite casino app and I do agree with many of these reviews. My problem is that I purchased a package for 39.99 on January 15 but there was some kind of error and I received no coins. I rebought a package on January 18 for $39.99. Both amounts have cleared my bank but I only got coins for the second package. Don’t know who to email this refund request or to get my coins. Help!

I love playing this game, it actually feels like the real thing. However this is the first time they scammed me of my coins. No customer support whatsoever. If you guys read this Pat up!!!

I gave a 1 star only because there's nothing less ,,,,,,,,,,a five times negative* star!!!! WORST freaking game ever!!!!! millions and millions and millions of credits never got a bonus ??!!! Until they fix this game play something else that will allow you to play for a few minutes more then 3 minutes!!!! Hateful!!!!! Please don't spend any money on this game!!!!if
