Purchases didn’t transfer from XR to 11 – AmpKit - Guitar amps & pedals Review

Update 2: They emailed me 2 codes today (Jan 16, 2021) to “restore all your (my) purchases” and neither of them worked. When I put the codes into the App Store to redeem them, I get a notification that says I already own them. So there’s that. Update 1: I received an email from an Agile rep today (Jan 12, 2021) and they offered a voucher if I could show a copy of my purchase. Used a screenshot from my purchase settings on my on my iPhone. 2nd update pending. Original: I had all the gear. There is no restore purchase button to be found anywhere in the app, as described on the Agile Partners website. Customer support has yet to respond to my inquiries/emails. FYI... Tonebridge is free and basically does the same thing.
