Ghost Town? – AmpKit - Guitar amps & pedals Review

I think this company has fallen off the radar. I’ve been pleased with the app, but not responding to user’s questions and issues in the App Store is NOT A GOOD SIGN. I too, purchased the entire package a good while ago but now see no RESTORE option. Plus, I see there’s an AmpKit+?? I thought that’s what I had. I’ve still got my old iPhone 7Plus and everything is on there and running great. It even says “ALL AMPS AND PEDALS AVAILABLE...any upcoming gear will be available to you for free”. With my new iPhone XR it’s as if I’m starting all over. They want $49.95 (AGAIN!) I still love the app a lot, but customer service needs to be AMPED up considerably. I’ll add stars when I see some response from developers...not only to me, but to the countless others waiting for answers. I’d love to use the app on my new phone-it’s awesome! But... There’s no RESTORE PURCHASE button/option anywhere on the app or their website.
