Difficult to app to manage – Old Navy: Shop for New Clothes Review

I love Old Navy but the app is an absolute nightmare. Face ID almost never works. I have to re login with my ID & password which is so frustrating and annoying. And now it’s so hard to checkout because the “helpful hint” won’t leave the screen. Most of the time i just go to the desktop website to shop because it’s easier.
