Talking camera – Talking Camera - for visually impaired/blind Review

This application is essentially worthless. I have tried it several times on different text. It spouts a number of different letters and numbers as if reading computer programming code and it does not read the text in any language that I understand. This application needs a lot of work before it should be released to the public as a functional item. I would give it zero stars.
