What – Talking Camera - for visually impaired/blind Review

I tried using this and instead of reading what was on the page I took a photo of, it started saying "SCCUJOCP2Q\CCOUA .5 ss or one SSHOS\. 5878..." and so on. I have no idea what was going on. Deleted.
