V Shred Program – V Shred: Nutrition & Fitness Review

First, when u pay the initial program wait for 1 hour of sales pitch not letting u continue until you potentially buy around $200+ of products to loose weight and increase energy. This is kind of bias because if u use pills to accelerate your heart beat and methabolizm, then is not the program, is the pills doing the secret. Then, the program is like a bootcamp of the excersises 95% of all people use and have knowledge from the past. The difference is that they organized it in a very hard core way for you to loose weight and gain missle or pass out from working out so much. Not worth it. I wish I watch the youtube videos on why not to buy vshred program before.
