Straight to the point – HEF Training Review

Hands down to the guided workout. Each workout is made for every level of fitness so no Excuses! One thing which stands out is engagement to the viewers. I feel like I’m right there in person standing in front of Hannah or Paulo. I hit “play” and there they go. They give that welcoming speech thoroughly explain the workout. Once the timer starts the game is on and I’m locked in some of zone. Gotta love this
