I can’t log in after not using app for a few months – LINE Review

One of the problems with this app is that if you haven’t used it in awhile it is very hard to reactivate the account. I’ve tried many times and I can’t get past the phone number. I can’t cancel my old account. I like line but they make it real hard to use.
