Wont load – V Shred: Nutrition & Fitness Review

Dont know if its just this version or v shred as a whole. I ordered the fat shred program. The videos will not play. The screen goes black and freezes. Sometimes it will come back after a minute and then freeze again. Ive contacted support and will see if this is a simple fix. If not ill be requesting a refund. Its so bad i cant stream the workouts
