Negative star rating needed – Provata Health Review

This app has not worked properly since my employer switched to using it in January 2020! Even though I updated my account on a computer, as required, I could not access my account before 12/31/2030, so I lost all of the rewards I earned during the year. That’s one way for my employer to save money by not having to reward people for healthy habits, but what a disincentive for people to even try to get healthier! Thankfully they ditched this sorry app for 2021, so I can get rid of it too. Good riddance!!!
