Suffers from a poor UI – Imperium Galactica 2 Review

This game suffers from some UI problems, the biggest of which is the lack of a single consolidated production screen. Ground combat is also kind of lame since the only units are "tanks" and the strategy of placing fixed fortifications doesn't really make sense. There's no power distribution or weak points in the infrastructure to protect—capturing a colony basically requires destroying everything on the ground that can shoot no matter where or how it's positioned. Basically this game is like someone tried to take Master of Orion and make it into an RTS, but it doesn't completely work out that well. Though it's turn-based and not RTS, I'd rather spend my time playing Starbase Orion (an improved Master of Orion clone for the iPad). I don't feel like I'm really losing anything with the lack of the RTS element.
