Siri unresponsive on iPhone 12 Pro Max – Nike Adapt Review

I am unable to use Siri function on my adapts. I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max I have tried several things and unable to get them working. I then tried using my old iPhone 10 and the Siri’s functions worked. So right now I can not use the Siri’s functions. I even contact the customer support for Nike and she was less than helpful saying I needed to contact apple for a Nike app.
