Awful – Metro Credit Union Mobile Review

The upgrade is actually a downgrade. - Face ID : doesn’t work. I have to go into self serve to enable it at least once a week. -Bill Pay: is gone. When I click on enroll, I receive an error message that bill pay is not available and try again later. I’ve called customer support 3 times and sent 3 messages through website. No one can figure out how to fix it. Now I have to contact my billers directly to make monthly to make payments. I think it’s time to switch to a new credit union!!
