caution: only the first step is online – Vroom: Used Cars Delivered Review

update: cancelled tire and wheel warranty thru safeguard products in october, still haven't gotten refund in january. safeguard says i now need to contact vroom for cancellation. there is another form to fill out. of course there is. the car is great tho, i give them that! took a long time to deliver, like maybe 3 weeks after purchase. so plan for that. delivery dude was cool and car was very clean inside and out. they said 10 days to two weeks for deliv because it was cross country ship, but that is like After the few days it took to close the deal. not from when i pressed the buy button. they must be short staffed. it is not a full app experience of buying. a lot of ordinary dealer hassles. but still less than an old style dealer it seems. moving in the right direction. who will be the "apple store" of car selling with no hassles or scams? the virgin airlines of car selling? it's a white space business. open. pure profit. dream company. move to cayman. listen up sharp, billionaires, and learn. once you decide to buy, the phone calls and upsell pitches start. no data available on what they are upselling you to except advertising level of detail (e. g. not a legal document.) going to try Carvana next, it may be better. otherwise, good vehicle photos. much more pleasant than a regular dealership. take heed horse and buggy dealers, the model T is on the way. seems like a lot of good cars available. apparently they outsource the vehicle delivery to a third party and wash their hands of it, which may be trouble. see other reviews. not yet the Amazon of car buying. click click no talking! do that and people will say Take my money. here, take it! they could charge extra for the no talking to people option and many would gladly pay it. no phone calls! this is the 21st century! get with it! you can do it!
