This service is terrible. Buy somewhere else – Vroom: Used Cars Delivered Review

Tried to order a car thru vroom. I paid $500 to reserve the vehicle. They’re supposed to follow up with paperwork and instructions. Instead I get emails with deadlinks, no calls, no instructions. I’ve called customer support 10 times today. I keep getting transferred and placed on an indefinite hold. No one knows the status of my order. No one knows what the next step is. No one knows how to cancel the transaction. God forbid I actually bought a car thru them and had a problem... I’ve basically kissed that 500 goodbye.
