Love it! – HEF Training Review

I first found out about Hannah whole searching YouTube for workouts. She popped up as a recommended video and I’ve been following her ever since. I like this app because videos are raw and real. I feel like I’m taking a love class rather than taking a scripted class here energy and knowledge are awesome and this app is the bomb!
