Unhappy with experience of trying to sign on with my Ipad these last couple of months! – [Old] – DISH Anywhere Review

I am using my IPad Pro with the IPad OS 14.3. The IPad dish app version 20.4.20 I called customer service about a month ago relating my issues and they said they were working on the problem and over 500 other users had reported the same problems. The start up screens always end with the red three boxes frozen and now nothing follows that. It used to eventuallly get to an error screen with code 2025 but now it just stays at the boxes. Very occasionally I can get on for a couple of days but then no dice. Before a couple of months ago I had no issues and was very pleased. When I called customer service I suggested they contact users to let them know they were working on the issues and then to let us know when they were fixed....apparently that is beyond what dish can do; I consider this poor customer service. Would appreciate help.
