Can’t use app! Coins won’t come through! – FicFun - Reading Fun Fiction Review

I bought 600 coins on Dec 8th but still have not received my coins. I received a confirmation email from apple. I keep trying to submit feedback on the app but it won’t let me - it just keeps saying “submitting” for a long time. No way to contact FicFun for help. Very frustrated.
