App malfunction – FicFun - Reading Fun Fiction Review

I love the contact the app has and getting to read it. However I have had issues very recently with purchasing coin packs and not receiving them and it has been extremely difficult to get someone to help with the issue because whenever a try to submit a feedback that this problem is going on it just stays on submitting and never actually submits. It is getting really frustrating because I spent good money that I do not have a lot of on these coin packs to be able to read books on the app and I am not getting them nor am I getting the help to fix the issue.
