Unreliable - lost all info – Trello: organize anything! Review

I have been using Trello for awhile. Have liked it.... until today. I went to access info and once I clicked on the folder, it said unavailable and immediately deleted the folder and all critical info. I tried to access it via web, and it was gone. Not happy that very important info that I needed right now is gone. Will no longer use this app. Unreliable.
