Not the bests – Slow Camera Shutter Plus PRO - Long Exposure and Camera FX for iPhone Review

This app could be much better. It doesn't really work like a slow shutter. It doesn't gather light like a slow shutter speed actually would... Not really impressed although it does have potential to be much better..
