Horrible..wish I wouldn't have been impulsive and bought – Costco Offer & Store Review

This app is not an app. I emailed the developer immediately for a refund. Not that I need the two bucks but in that this app doesn't do anything, so I shouldn't pay anything. Every category was empty without a single offer or coupon...not even an ad. This doesn't give anything to whomever would download it. I am comfortable saying that the 5 star ratings were posted by the developer itself and are fabricated. I gave this 1 star because a rating was mandatory...
