Help! – FicFun - Reading Fun Fiction Review

I’ve had this app for a couple of days and I was loving it until I went to buy coins. I tried to buy coins and all the transactions went through but none of my coins ever showed up on the app. I’ve tried getting In contact with the feedback option but none of my messages would go through the app and it has nothing to do with my WiFi. I would just really like for someone to either fix the bug on the site so my coins are delivered or would like a refund on the coins I bought and never received.
