Paid App sometimes won’t open. – Relax Melodies P: Sleep Sounds Review

I have the free & the paid versions of this app, and the paid version stopped working this month Nov, 2020. Had to uninstall & reinstall the app causing me to lose all my customized saved sound mixes.
