Update: I can’t add my purchased music for some reason. That was the best feature. Taking a star away for that. Previous review: I’ve had the app for a while but recently started using it again after getting bored with The White Noise app. I like that music tones are included and that I can import my own music (switched to the pro version). The guided sleep meditations are nice. I haven’t used all the features but it’s a solid app. Definitely try the free version first but you will want to eventually upgrade.

I’ve been using this app for years. Now it will not let me listen to my mixes without ‘downloading’ every time. So instead of any kind of relaxation, I’m left with annoyance and frustration. Thank you for breaking your app.

Ever since the iOS 14.2 update, this app refuses to launch and will immediately crash when I try to open it. I’m really bummed as we listen to the “rain on tent” every single night and it helps to drown out outside noises ☹️

Ever since the last iPhone update, this app no longer works. Super upsetting. I’ve been with this app for a long time, and it’s helped me fall asleep many a night. Loved the variety. Super disappointed in what the developer has done. Please fix it for poor insomniacs who can’t afford subscriptions.

I have used this app for years. Since the 14.2 update, the all will not load. It seems this is their underhanded method of pushing users to their subscription based app.

**** my phone updated yesterday and now the app keeps crashing! I paid for the FULL version of this app back in 2014. Please help You should definitely download this app it has amazing sound and I can't get to sleep without it. Even my children love this app.

I’ve been using this app for years. I paid for whatever paid version they had at the time, long before it was $60 a year, and now I guess they don’t want to support this app anymore... It’s been getting worse the past couple iOS updates—it randomly shuts off if I open another app but not consistently so it’s not like it acts the same for each app each time. And now it won’t open at all. And on top of that, the “app support” page doesn’t allow you to contact support directly. I tried, but could not find a way to contact support. Do not pay for this and definitely do not pay $60 a year for their other version when you don’t even have a way to contact them when the app suddenly decides to stop working altogether.

I adored this app and used it everyday. My phone automatically updated to iOS 14.2, and now the app won’t open. I paid for this app years ago to be able to access all of the sounds, and now it seems that I’m pushed to use the other Relax Melodies app and pay for the subscription. Very disappointing. Please help! I also am not able to listen to other music or audiobooks while the new Relax Melodies app plays. This was a huge convenience at one point. As someone with misophonia, this app was a life saver. Not anymore. Please help those of us who paid for this app and have been using it for years access these benefits again!
