Looks like you might be having difficulty with app development right now... – Yahoo Mobile - Wireless Plan Review

I am trying to open the app to make sure everything is setup. I get an error every time saying “Looks like you are having difficulty getting started right now.” Yep, thank you very little. Had high hopes for this service, but this is not looking promising.
