I keep having issues with the app. Keep getting the same message “Looks like you may be having difficulty getting started right now. You can attempt to retry.” Its annoying. Please fix it.
Just signed up. Happy so far with service. App worthless. Wont open. Please fix !
I am trying to open the app to make sure everything is setup. I get an error every time saying “Looks like you are having difficulty getting started right now.” Yep, thank you very little. Had high hopes for this service, but this is not looking promising.
The app just stopped working and never worked again. It only really had one thing it did - load money. Now it’s nothing.
This app keeps crashing .. I have to keep deleting and reinstalling ... need to do better ..
After providing my login credentials the app immediately shuts down. I have installed and reinstalled many times over the last few days. The app will not open
I really don’t understand it, I’ve been using Yahoo Mobile for over a month now and the app doesn’t open at all.
I switched from Verizon to the Yahoo mobile. I spend at least 2 hours a week ir more on a chat session because the service either quit working or my hot spot option was no longer available. They eventually get it working but next week it’s something else. The Ap does not work I can’t pay my bill through the so as it does not even allow me to log in. And I can’t pay through the website because I keep getting error codes when I try to pay. This system is a total joke. I spent hours on the phone with a USA rep and all she could do was agree but offered no fix. Just kept agreeing there were problems.
I have no issues with the service but every time I click on the app to see my profile/account, I get an error. It’s frustrating because I always have to delete the app and download it again. Why is this happening? Is anyone fixing this?!
