Unaddressed Non-working filters – Painnt - Art & Cartoon Filters Review

I pay for my subscription which is cool; however, a filter or two has yet to upload PeriodT. It’s the “Dot” filter, and I’d like to see it load. Should it ever take a filter to toggle 30 minutes before it ever loads? There’s more than enough storage and ram to load the piece. Seems like it could be a pretty good filter too. ALSO, lots of my filters are constantly MISSING IN ACTION! What gives? Please fiX. Ty
