Not a tattoo app – Tattoo ☠ Review

You just upload a photo or take a photo.... THAT'S IT!! There is nothing about tattoos in this app! The pic you choose from your photos looks exactly the same, it doesn't show the tattoo on you or sketch it to make it look more like a tattoo. It's just a photo album app and completely useless!!!
