Seriously! This app is a garbage – H Mart Asian Grocery Market Review

H Mart is great, but the app seems still stuck in the early 1990s when AltaVista was a thing. The app is to engage with their customers and to promote the brand. Well, this version of the app is garbage, and the H Mart marketing dept. must be a bunch of novice software engineers (do they even have a marketing team?) The app can’t even search their database to find my store card info; I enter the info of my store card, and I get a pop-up window, that my card number invalid because of inactivity. Well, I used it three days ago. Just pull the pathetic app from the App Store until it’s ready. Or, find beta testers that will give you unbiased feedback. For now, I'm deleting the useless app until H Mart implements some useful features for me.
