Good when it works – Signal - Private Messenger Review

I am a huge fan of Signal, but lately I've been experiencing huge delays for message delivery. I'll send a message and get a single check mark almost instantly but sometimes have to wait up to 10 minutes (usually 5) for a single text message to be delivered to the recipient (double check mark.) If this issue could be fixed, Signal is worth 5 stars all the way.
