This needs to change – CNN: Breaking US & World News Review

I will start by saying I love quality the news in the CNN app but there is one thing about it that drives me crazy. The app automatically adjusts the volume when switching between commercials and actual news. I can barely hear the news so I put the volume to the Max. And some I’m using noise cancelling headphones to hear better when a commercial comes on it explodes in my ears. There needs to be a setting to adjust this or it needs to be scrapped entirely. I am constantly annoyed by having to make quick volume adjustments or remove my headset when a commercial starts abruptly.
